Not much to it, but it was extremely reliable, cost only $2,000, and probably saved many a life. You simply slapped a few pounds of plastic explosive on top and blew it next to the bomb. It was only used when the Talon was dysfunctional, as it was much less likely to leave intact important forensic evidence such as the blast unit and even fingerprints on the blast unit.
